Call center

For callers with no internet access (see the Call page). Take the sender and recipient details from the caller, submit the order, then assign a courier — all without leaving this page. No login, same caveat as the rest of the admin tooling.

Creates a real order via POST /api/orders, same as the public booking page — just filled in by an agent instead of the sender.

Read this code to the caller — the recipient will need to give it to the courier at drop-off. It's texted to the recipient automatically once an SMS gateway is configured; otherwise read it out now.

Search and pick manually — there's no live GPS/route-matching in this prototype (see the plan's Section 6), so "nearest" is a judgment call by whoever's on the phone, not automatic.
